Census 2010: How You Can Help!

UPHS is partnering with Census 2010 to help ensure the Big Bend's hardest to count areas are indeed counted. To do you part, we are asking all organizations that offer direct service to educate their clients about the importance of the census. Census data determine the number of seats each state will have in the U.S. House of Representatives and also can help determine the allocation of federal funds for community services. Do you part and ensure you clients know the census is coming and alleviate their fears about filling it out. Filling out the census form helps us help them!

For more information about Census 2010, please see the attached facts sheets.
